Was thinking about what I'd like in my garage in the future that I would actually be able to afford. Here's my list...

1. E39 M5...doesn't need an explanation

2. Buick Sportwagon (1970-1972)...because who doesn't want a hoonmobile the whole family can ride in, plus I just love big old american cars

3. Crew cab 4x4 pickup (454 Vortec Chevy, 7.3 F350, or 5.9 Cummins Dodge)...because winter, camping, and I'm a DIY kind of guy

4. Subaru BRZ, Mazda Miata, or Honda S2000...because fun RWD commuter car

5. 1969 Corvette Stingray...because my dad is basically giving it to me and it's awesome (best looking vette's in my opinion, behind the split window at least)

So what's your reasonable dream garage? Try and limit it to 5 vehicles

E46 M3- already have one but I'd like to upgrade most of it to CSL status.

Jeep Cherokee XJ- 4 door, manual, 4.0l, slightly knobbier tires.

Like I said I already have the E46 but it needs a few choice upgrades to get it to where I want it to be. The XJ would be perfect for every thing else I need to do plus it'd beast mode new england winters, hopefully I can afford to buy one in another year or so.

1. Delorean DMC-12 - Because time machine.

2. Nash Metropolitan - Just because I love them.

3. 4 door Jeep Wrangler - For transporting the family...anywhere.

4. Lotus Elise - Dead sexy mid-engined sports car. I'm small and can fit inside just fine, and love the thrill of driving a car held together with glue.

5. Third gen Corvette Stingray - I happen to agree about the best looking Vette

was debating whether I'd want the sportwagon or an 80 series landcruiser for offroad fun...then I remembered I have to drive a minimum of 4 hours to even find off road fun

1970 Ford Torino GT Convertible with a 429 Cobra Jet

1974 Ford Capri RS-2600 with the mechanical Fuel injection. All original

First gen SHO Ford Taurus with a manual. A bit old, but I think between me and my father we have the knowledge to keep on on the road.

1949 Mercury M-1 pickup, (Canada only model, just a Ford F-1 with a different grille and badges I think,) with an Oldsmobile 455, side pipes and a Muncie 4 speed. Might compromise on the 4 speed and turn it into a tow rig. The Go'Fer. \

And my 1977 SHO powered Ford Capri

There are two camps in this question: The first is a dream garage that I could possibly have, and the other is a dream garage that I will never have. What is below is far fetched enough,

75-79 TE31 Corolla (two door), 89-92 MX83 Cressida, ANY Volvo 122, 80-83 TE/AE73 Corolla Wagon, The fifth spot is for a car I use, but probably don't want to keep (89-93 Foxbody Notchback, 78-81 Malibu,First Gen S-10 Blazer, Volvo 242, 81-83 Starlet, etc)

I like this game.

1. Air cooled 911 (gotta hurry and get one of those while they're gettable)...

2. Merc R107, almost doesn't matter the year

3. 240 wagon, for the dogs and the bikes

4. Volvo P1800, 'cause it's the only thing on this list I already have

5. ROTATING FUN SLOT!!!! Whatever is cheap and interesting on the craigslist. Miata for a few months, e30, old beetle, who knows and who cares - buy it, drive it for a bit, sell it for whatever it cost me.

I can do it in 2.

-4 door m3, honestly don't care what generation.

-Jeep Wrangler Unlimited.

That just about suits all possible scenarios of car needing for me.
